...and she said nothing

...and she said nothing

He would say,

If you were a flower,
I would be a thorn,
to save you from the bad hands
who would make you mourn

I would say,

If you were a flower,
I would just pick you up
and plant you in my heart
so no one would see you there!

and,

...and she said nothing.

Note: This came out while chatting with a very good friend mine from Myanmar - Nanh she is - after having coffee with her outside the AIT library at around 2 - 3:30 am. She was not feeling well that day (possibly those days). We talked about different things. From her family to my hobbies; from her love in literature to my passion in arts; from why did she switch to Environmental Studies to why I got into this Computer Field. We shared some music afterward when we got back to our respective dorms. She said she likes
Willie Nelson, and I am now listening to one of his very nice songs and my favorite one 'She is gone'.

You can listen to this song here:

Udee, I always like ur composition...
Be it a simple set of some musical notes woven beautifully and yet simply....or Be it few words put together into a beautiful poem....

And the song, thanks for sharing it...ideal for this time when i am recollecting a lot and missing things even more
